Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and architect Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions including customer onboarding, loan onboarding, broker onboarding, and loan servicing solutions.

✦   Define and implement scalable enterprise Salesforce architectures using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative tools.

✦   Design integration architectures using APIs and middleware systems.

✦   Develop enterprise-grade low-code/no-code solutions ensuring scalability, security, and governance compliance.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

✦   Ensure adherence to architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

✦   Provide technical leadership and guidance across Salesforce implementation projects.

✦   Support solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

Job Requirements:

✦   12–15 years of overall experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Experience designing and developing financial services solutions such as loan servicing and onboarding systems.

✦   Strong Salesforce architecture experience including Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools.

✦   Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware systems.

✦   Experience in designing scalable, secure enterprise Salesforce solutions.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred.

✦   Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
