Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features.

✦   Integrate and ingest data from multiple disparate sources into Service Cloud and Data Cloud.

✦   Use declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Formulae, and Page Layouts.

✦   Develop Apex classes, triggers, and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Participate in requirement gathering, solution design reviews, and sprint planning.

✦   Build digital experience portals.

✦   Provide insights to architects on when to use out-of-the-box solutions versus customization.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support end users.

✦   Assist developers when needed.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

✦   Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or associated modules.

✦   Experience in at least one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation and one Data Cloud implementation.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Objects, Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, Governor limits, and Storage optimization.

✦   Strong knowledge of Data Cloud concepts such as data segmentation, data spaces, and data indexing.

✦   Familiarity with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce CLI in VS Code.

✦   Experience with data ingestion from multiple sources.

✦   Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Good communication and teamwork.

✦   Strong foundational knowledge of OOPs.

✦   Experience with integrations (REST APIs) and middleware such as Azure IPaaS is a plus.

✦   Familiarity with Agentforce agents is a plus.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Field Service and CRM Analytics is a plus.
