Job Responsibilities:
✦ Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules in accordance with governance and security standards.
✦ Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation using Flow and other declarative tools.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and Salesforce Cases, performing root cause analysis.
✦ Serve as a technical escalation point for complex Salesforce issues.
✦ Participate in Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
✦ Maintain system documentation, metadata tracking, and configuration change logs.
✦ Support testing, deployment, and post-release validation of new functionality and integrations within the Salesforce SDLC.
✦ Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
✦ Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Salesforce Administrators.
✦ Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations and automation improvements.
✦ Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend enhancements.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment.
✦ Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required.
✦ Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, security model, data model, validation rules, and platform configuration.
✦ Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service preferred.
✦ Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
✦ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
✦ Familiarity with Salesforce SDLC and DevOps processes (e.g., Gearset).
✦ Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
✦ Preferred certifications include Platform Administrator II, App Builder, and Field Service.
