Job Responsibilities:
✦ Configure, administer, and maintain Salesforce CRM platform to support business needs and ensure system reliability.
✦ Translate sales and pre-sales business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
✦ Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and access models.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues related to performance, data quality, integrations, and user experience.
✦ Support and coordinate integrations between Salesforce and external platforms to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
✦ Monitor and maintain CRM data quality through data hygiene activities and duplicate record resolution.
✦ Monitor CRM performance, adoption, and effectiveness and recommend process and automation improvements.
✦ Support CRM enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
✦ Plan, test, document, and support releases and validate system changes prior to deployment.
✦ Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
✦ 5+ years of Salesforce CRM administration experience.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and pre-sales processes including leads, opportunities, and quotes.
✦ Experience supporting CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud solutions.
✦ Experience with mobile-first sales processes and user experiences.
✦ Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flow, security model, and reporting/dashboards.
✦ Experience working in integrated environments with SAP, Informatica, Workday, or Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
✦ Knowledge of data governance and data quality concepts.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
