Job Responsibilities:
✦ Implement large-scale processes and integrated system solutions based on architectural designs.
✦ Collaborate with the Program Excellence Team to gather business requirements and build end-to-end Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
✦ Ensure that developed solutions meet business needs through ongoing stakeholder engagement.
✦ Utilize advanced formulas, validation rules, and Flows to improve organizational processes.
✦ Manage user configurations, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
✦ Deploy user stories using the Copado CI/CD tool, including validation and smoke testing.
✦ Oversee Salesforce CPQ and integrations with tools such as DocuSign, Outreach.io, Conga, and others.
✦ Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and system configurations.
✦ Perform individual and bulk data updates to maintain data accuracy.
✦ Mentor less experienced administrators in Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator.
✦ At least 3 years of experience with connected applications like Outreach.io and DocuSign.
✦ Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders across multiple departments to review and implement requirements.
✦ Willingness to adopt new technologies and solutions.
✦ Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving requirements.
✦ B.A. degree preferred or equivalent industry/Salesforce experience.
