✦   Work on the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of Salesforce.com applications.

✦   Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver Salesforce-based software solutions in an agile environment.

✦   Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all development activities.

✦   Design and deliver Salesforce CRM solutions.

✦   Develop scalable, maintainable, and optimized software using Salesforce technologies.

✦   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.

✦   Implement unit testing practices to ensure code quality, readability, and reliability.

✦   Supervise software developers and analysts, ensuring proper code design and delivery quality.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience designing and developing Salesforce CRM solutions.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce application development and architecture.

✦   Experience working in agile development environments.

✦   Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams.

✦   Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including scalable and secure coding.

✦   Experience in code reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership.

✦   Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.

Additional Details:

✦   Maximum salary: $287,373 per year.

✦   Eligible for incentive awards.
