Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with local and global teams to deliver software solutions in an agile environment.

✦   Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

✦   Handle the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for CRM.

✦   Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

✦   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.

✦   Implement effective unit testing practices.

✦   Supervise Analyst Software Developers to ensure proper code design and reliability.

✦   Participate in code reviews and promote code quality.

✦   Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations.

✦   Adhere to secure coding practices.

✦   Engage in complex data analysis to solve problems.

✦   Communicate complex information and influence stakeholders.

✦   Manage risk and strengthen controls.
