Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define and document multi-cloud Salesforce reference architecture including Data Cloud and Agentforce integrations.

✦   Lead and manage a team of 10+ engineers in Jaipur, ensuring performance, engagement, and retention.

✦   Architect and oversee development of complex multi-cloud products including MuleSoft, Commerce, Marketing Cloud, nCino, and CPQ.

✦   Drive Agile/Scrum delivery ensuring high on-time sprint completion.

✦   Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices.

✦   Standardize development environments using Docker and containerization.

✦   Lead AI and Agentforce-driven feature development and production rollout.

✦   Align product vision with technical execution and engineering best practices.

✦   Communicate technical strategies, risks, and progress to global stakeholders.

✦   Ensure scalable, secure, and modern Salesforce architecture patterns across systems.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture.

✦   Strong experience across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and MuleSoft for integration patterns.

✦   Advanced knowledge of Salesforce DX, CLI, packaging (2GP), and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.

✦   Fullstack development experience with Angular, Node.js or Python, and scripting (Bash).

✦   Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

✦   Strong knowledge of large data volumes and data architecture, including CPQ and nCino.

✦   Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.

✦   Strong stakeholder management, communication, and Agile delivery expertise.
