Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalization solutions.

✦   Own end-to-end architecture covering customer data, segmentation, and multi-channel engagement.

✦   Drive real-time personalization use cases using Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).

✦   Design and build integrations with CRM, web/mobile apps, and external systems using APIs and middleware.

✦   Develop and oversee solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and Journey Builder / Automation Studio.

✦   Ensure seamless data flow between Data Cloud, Personalization, and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Act as technical lead, guiding team, reviewing design/code, and ensuring best practices.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

✦   Ensure performance, governance, and data quality across all implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalization solutions.

✦   Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

✦   Experience in designing integrations with CRM, web/mobile apps, and external systems using APIs and middleware.

✦   Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and multi-channel engagement.

✦   Ability to lead technical teams and ensure best practices.

✦   Good to have knowledge in implementing and managing Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, and audience activation.
