Job Responsibilities:
✦ Support training and onboarding of business users and drive adoption of Salesforce features.
✦ Manage case queues and provide daily user support including troubleshooting errors and login access issues.
✦ Configure Salesforce including page layouts, Lightning pages, profiles, permission sets, roles, quick actions, fields, feature settings, apps, reports, dashboards, custom permissions, metadata, objects, groups, queues, and record types.
✦ Engage with business users to analyze requirements and translate them into user stories.
✦ Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and training materials.
✦ Groom and prioritize backlog based on business requests and issues.
✦ Research Salesforce features and manage platform readiness for new releases.
✦ Maintain project tracking tools and configuration workbooks.
✦ Conduct system audits, QA testing, and support bulk data updates.
✦ Host demos, Q&A sessions, and release communications.
Job Requirements:
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder preferred.
✦ Experience supporting projects through full lifecycle from inception to post-launch adoption.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, Flow configuration, Data Loader, and Excel.
✦ Strong business acumen and technical skills.
✦ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✦ Experience with Platform Events, Sandbox Management, DevOps, SFDC Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Jira, and project management is preferred.
✦ Knowledge of SOQL, HTML, Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
✦ Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments preferred.
