Job Responsibilities:
✦ Customize and scale Salesforce to support sales, marketing, and customer success processes including custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automations.
✦ Build and maintain flows, process builders, and integrations to reduce manual work and maintain data accuracy.
✦ Own CPQ and commissions configuration workflows.
✦ Deliver reports and dashboards for pipeline health, productivity, and forecast accuracy.
✦ Drive data hygiene through validation rules, cleansing routines, and deduplication.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or relevant experience.
✦ Salesforce Administrator Certification & Advanced Admin Certification (ADM-201 or equivalent).
✦ Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, workflows, process builder, and data management.
✦ Fluency with Salesforce automation tools and integration capabilities.
✦ Experience with agile sprint methodology and Jira or equivalent tooling.
✦ Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) is a plus.
✦ Advanced reporting and dashboard experience within Salesforce.
