Job Responsibilities:
✦ Customize and scale Salesforce to support sales, marketing, and customer success processes including custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automations.
✦ Build and maintain flows, process builder, and integrations to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
✦ Own CPQ and commissions configuration workflows supporting pricing, quoting, and compensation processes.
✦ Deliver reports and dashboards providing visibility into pipeline health, productivity, and forecast accuracy.
✦ Drive data hygiene through validation rules, cleansing routines, and deduplication to maintain system integrity.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator or relevant experience.
✦ Salesforce Administrator Certification and Advanced Admin Certification (ADM-201 or equivalent).
✦ Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, workflows, process builder, and data management.
✦ Experience with Salesforce automation tools and integration capabilities.
✦ Experience with agile sprint methodology and Jira or equivalent tools.
✦ Strong cross-functional collaboration and multitasking abilities.
