Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and build and manage the product backlog.

✦   Serve as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner, and team members.

✦   Work with the product team in an Agile environment to understand epic vision, breakdown of features, and prioritize user stories.

✦   Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points.

✦   Work with Agile team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to document source-to-target data mappings.

✦   Participate in identification, quantification, and mitigation of risks and issues.

✦   Work with Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing requirements to the Scrum Master.

✦   Ensure a healthy volume of user stories in the backlog to maintain backlog health and flexibility.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree required.

✦   Eight plus years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

✦   Two plus years of experience using SOQL to create ad hoc queries and analyze data.

✦   Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

✦   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✦   Experience leading other BSAs on a project team.

✦   Experience working with Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and Copado.

✦   Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.

✦   Salesforce Administration certifications are preferred.
