Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

✦   3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.

✦   Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
