Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, Triggers, Schedulers, and APIs.

✦   Build modern, responsive, reusable UI components using LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations including Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Schedulers, and Test Classes.

✦   Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI platforms to accelerate development, improve code quality, generate test cases, and reduce delivery timelines.

✦   Use AI capabilities to support rapid prototyping, code generation, documentation, debugging, unit test creation, and solution design validation.

✦   Work in a fast-paced Agile development environment, delivering high-quality Salesforce enhancements within compressed timelines.

✦   Implement and enhance functionality in Sales Cloud to support lead management, opportunity management, sales processes, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

✦   Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data streams, data model objects, data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation.

✦   Develop and maintain OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

✦   Create and optimize Salesforce automation using Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Autolaunched Flows.

✦   Configure and manage Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.

✦   Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, External Services, and middleware platforms.

✦   Write efficient and optimized SOQL and SOSL queries while following Salesforce governor limit best practices.

✦   Develop comprehensive Apex test classes to ensure required code coverage, deployment readiness, and production stability.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, permissions, and data access.

✦   Participate in design discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and release activities.

✦   Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, admins, and offshore/onshore teams to deliver business-critical Salesforce features.

✦   Maintain technical documentation for custom development, integrations, security design, data models, and deployment processes.
