Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the overall delivery of Salesforce solutions, including design and development of application components.

✦   Manage project schedule, resources, risks, and reporting.

✦   Provide guidance and serve as an escalation point for Salesforce development team members.

✦   Support customers and end-users to define requirements based on Salesforce architecture.

✦   Develop implementation plans and roadmaps.

✦   Ensure architecture integrates with existing infrastructure without compromising security.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong domain expertise with the Salesforce platform.

✦   US citizenship required.

✦   Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

✦   Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the IT industry.

✦   Bachelor’s degree.

✦   Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives.

✦   Strong collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

✦   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and tools like Jira.

✦   Experience with SDLC processes.

✦   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred.
