Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.

✦   Lead architecture discussions for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot implementations.

✦   Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs across Salesforce ecosystems.

✦   Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.

✦   Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.

✦   Provide technical leadership to developers, technical leads, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

✦   Establish Salesforce development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

✦   Review and validate technical designs, development estimates, and story point sizing.

✦   Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to standards.

✦   Support and mentor development teams on complex technical challenges.

✦   Remain hands-on with Salesforce development when required.

✦   Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integrations, and custom Salesforce solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide effective resolutions.

✦   Support complex integration design and implementation across enterprise applications.

✦   Lead B2B Marketing Automation initiatives using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).

✦   Design lead management, lead nurturing, scoring, grading, campaign automation, and reporting solutions.

✦   Recommend best practices for Pardot implementation, optimization, and governance.

✦   Ensure seamless integration between Sales Cloud and Pardot.

✦   Drive platform governance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

✦   Monitor project delivery, technical quality, and compliance with architectural standards.

✦   Work closely with Project Managers and Scrum teams to track progress through Jira.

✦   Take ownership of technical deliverables and proactively mitigate project risks.

✦   Ensure support processes are effective and critical issues are addressed promptly.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and product roadmap updates.

✦   Assess the impact of upcoming Salesforce releases on existing solutions.

✦   Provide recommendations and implementation plans for required changes and enhancements.

✦   Drive continuous platform improvements and innovation initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce architecture and leadership roles.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud/Pardot.

✦   Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with:

✦   Apex

✦   Lightning Web Components (LWC)

✦   Flows

✦   Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

✦   Salesforce Security Model

✦   Data Architecture

✦   Experience leading teams of developers, architects, and QA resources.

✦   Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, and delivery governance.

✦   Experience with code reviews, architecture reviews, and quality assurance processes.

✦   Strong knowledge of GDPR, data security, compliance, and enterprise governance.

✦   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Preferred Certifications:

✦   Salesforce Certified Application Architect

✦   Salesforce Certified System Architect

✦   Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

✦   Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant

✦   Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist/Consultant

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II

✦   Nice to Have:

✦   Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce CoE environments.

✦   Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

✦   Exposure to Marketing Cloud Engagement and Customer Data Platform (CDP).

✦   Experience in global delivery and support models.
