Job Responsibilities:
✦ Ability to effectively convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation design.
✦ Design and configure end-to-end case management lifecycles within Salesforce Service Cloud.
✦ Implement scalable customer support processes aligned with business requirements and SLA commitments.
✦ Configure advanced case routing, assignment rules, escalation rules, and automation workflows.
✦ Configure and manage omni-channel routing including agent capacity models, skill-based routing, queue prioritization, work item distribution.
✦ Customise and enhance Lightning Service Console for improved agent productivity and operational efficiency.
✦ Hands-on experience in managing Knowledge Management lifecycles: Data categories, Knowledge Articles, Approved Workflows, Publishing processes, Version control.
✦ Working experience in building, training, and deploying Einstein Chatbots.
✦ Hands-on experience in customizing Lightning Service Console components and agent macros.
✦ Working experience in implementing digital channels like Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case.
Job Requirements:
✦ 12 to 18 years of total working experience on the Salesforce platform.
✦ Strong hands-on experience in writing optimized, scalable Apex code (including Synchronous and Asynchronous Apex like Batchable, Queueable, Schedulable, and Future methods) following standard coding best practices and utilizing all enterprise development design patterns.
✦ Strong working experience in building fast, modern Lightning Web Components (LWC) along with legacy Aura components to deliver high-performing user interfaces.
✦ Good hands-on experience in platform configuration and advanced automation tools like Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and maintaining/migrating Process Builders.
✦ Proven experience working with inbound integrations, platform events, and Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API, and Metadata API) to connect Salesforce smoothly with external systems, 3rd party apps, and AppExchange products.
✦ Deep understanding and practical experience implementing authentication and security mechanisms, including OAuth Flows, JWT Authentication, Bearer Tokens, Secure API integrations.
✦ Strong experience in designing and maintaining complex Salesforce data models, ensuring proper object relationships and optimal database performance.
✦ Experience handling large-scale data migration, Data Loading activities, Complex migration projects.
✦ Strong expertise in Technical Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Debugging, Code Analysis, Performance tuning, Resolving critical production issues.
✦ Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Other AI productivity tools to accelerate development efficiency and engineering productivity.
