Job Responsibilities:

✦   Comprehend business requirement documents and user stories to create functional and system design specifications.

✦   Follow Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and applications available from third parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.

✦   Configure application with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).

✦   Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations management to understand the system’s needs and ensure systems strategy and development are integrated into business effectively.

✦   Partner with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with architecture standards.

✦   Advise partners by anticipating customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions.

✦   Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.

Job Requirements:

✦   Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or related field.

✦   Two (2) years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Data Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, or related occupation.

✦   Must have experience with Agile development practices, Salesforce Security model and configuration/customization, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), technical performance architecture, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, DevOps and source code management tools, CI/CD infrastructure, and integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using SOAP/REST API and Middleware.
